About Us
Raven's Loft first began as a brick and mortar Witch Shop in downtown Escondido, California in 1998. There it served the needs of the Craft and Pagan community of North County San Diego until July of 2002. Because of the demands of traveling, Raven's Loft is now an online store based in Massachusetts and serving the nature-based and magical community Worldwide. It is owned and operated by Stephanie Taylor. Your support of Raven’s Loft helps to provide a foundation for Raven and Stephanie's work towards the preservation and ongoing efforts to keep the Old Ways flame alive and burning.
Raven’s Loft also has original items based on Old Ways tradition made by Stephanie and Raven and many products are exclusively produced for the store. The Crossroads Collection of statuary, inspired from the
Oracle decks Stephanie and Raven designed, is an example of original products carried by Raven’s Loft. The first pieces of the collection were the Crescent Crown Goddess and the Stag-horned God statues featured in the Hidden Path Oracle cards and The Wheel of the Year plaque from the Well Worn Path Oracle cards. Both available on Raven's Loft, of course!

Stephanie Taylor is passionate and dedicated to guiding and teaching those who seek the Old Ways. Nature has always been an extremely important teacher and part of Stephanie’s life experience. She felt the magic and nurturing of Nature around her all of her life. Stephanie is a 3rd degree initiate of a Celtic Traditionalist system of Wicca, and a 3rd degree initiate of Italian Witchcraft (the Arician Tradition). She is a legally ordained clergy of Witchcraft. Stephanie has studied, taught, and used the Arts as tools of transformation throughout her life. She is also a Tarot reader and teacher with many years of experience. Together with Raven, they became the founding and directing elders of the initiatory training system of the Ash, Birch and Willow Tradition.
Stephanie is the co-author and co-creator of the divination and teaching systems The Well Worn Path Oracle kit (2005) and The Hidden Path Oracle Kit, (2007). In 2015, Stephanie interviewed Raven for a 2 hour DVD funded by a Kickstarter project called Ever Ancient, Ever New: Witchcraft by the Hearthside. Als, available on Raven's Loft!
She has been a guest speaker on several panels alongside noted figures. She has also appeared on television and in several short film documentaries on Witchcraft. Stephanie currently lives in New England. Raven crossed the veil on March 10th, 2019.
Stephanie facilitates several home study courses online.
